Il n\u2019est pas surprenant que la nature des blessures que nous constatons co\u00efncide avec le changement de saison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText DropCap\">Une des activit\u00e9s estivales les plus courantes disponibles ici est le cyclisme \/ v\u00e9lo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Que vous soyez un cycliste de montagne, un cycliste sur route ou un navetteur, cette vall\u00e9e offre une multitude de possibilit\u00e9s pour les d\u00e9butants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pistes expertes, sur et en dehors des trottoirs. La hausse des v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques a \u00e9galement introduit plus d&#39;utilisateurs sur les sentiers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Les traumatismes de la t\u00eate et du visage et les fractures des membres sup\u00e9rieurs, tels que le poignet, l&#39;avant-bras et les mains, sont les types de blessures les plus fr\u00e9quemment observ\u00e9s chez les motards. En tant que sp\u00e9cialiste de l&#39;\u00e9paule, les blessures que je traite le plus souvent sont des clavicules fractur\u00e9es, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9es clavicules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Votre clavicule est un os long entre l\u2019omoplate et le sternum, facilement identifiable par la bosse qu\u2019elle peut cr\u00e9er, visible sous la peau. C&#39;est un os unique, tr\u00e8s sensible aux traumatismes. Lorsqu&#39;un accident survient, provoquant la chute du participant sur l&#39;\u00e9paule ou avec le bras tendu, la clavicule subit souvent l&#39;impact de cette chute. Pour cette raison, la clavicule est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l&#39;os le plus fractur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Il y a toujours un risque de blessure, m\u00eame pour les coureurs les plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s sur les pistes les plus faciles. Cependant, vous pouvez prendre de nombreuses mesures pour r\u00e9duire vos risques de blessures et vous permettre de conduire de mani\u00e8re agr\u00e9able et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Voici quelques conseils que je partage avec mes patients:<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Le fait de respecter les bonnes \u00e9tiquettes sur les sentiers, comme c\u00e9der le passage aux coureurs en mont\u00e9e et dans les limites de votre niveau, peut rendre les arr\u00eats brusques plus rares et r\u00e9duire les risques de chute. Augmentez votre kilom\u00e9trage et assurez-vous que votre v\u00e9lo est bien r\u00e9gl\u00e9, propre et fonctionne bien.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Remplacez votre casque tous les trois \u00e0 cinq ans. Les colles et les r\u00e9sines utilis\u00e9es dans les casques peuvent affecter les mat\u00e9riaux au fil du temps. L&#39;huile capillaire, les fluides corporels et l&#39;usure normale contribuent tous \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation du casque.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 \u00c9tirez les groupes musculaires tels que les fl\u00e9chisseurs de la hanche et les ischio-jambiers avant et apr\u00e8s la course. Apr\u00e8s une activit\u00e9 vigoureuse, le sang peut s&#39;accumuler dans les gros muscles des jambes et provoquer des \u00e9vanouissements ou des vertiges &#8211; les \u00e9tirements aident \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer ce probl\u00e8me ainsi que toute accumulation d&#39;acide lactique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 L&#39;entra\u00eenement crois\u00e9 avec des exercices de base et des activit\u00e9s qui travaillent avec des groupes musculaires adjacents est utile pour l&#39;\u00e9quilibre et la coordination.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">\u2022 Rester hydrat\u00e9 tout au long de votre parcours vous \u00e9vitera les crampes musculaires et la fatigue, en particulier par temps chaud. M\u00eame par temps froid, la d\u00e9shydratation est possible si vous ne buvez pas assez de liquide en roulant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Alors que nous encourageons un style de vie actif et s\u00fbr ici. Nous comprenons \u00e9galement que certains accidents sont in\u00e9vitables. De nombreuses blessures survenant en roulant peuvent \u00eatre facilement trait\u00e9es \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"STND-STND BodyText\">Cependant, il est \u00e9galement essentiel de savoir quand consulter un m\u00e9decin.
