{"id":5010,"date":"2020-03-20T23:17:56","date_gmt":"2020-03-20T22:17:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecobrumi.fr\/?p=5010"},"modified":"2020-03-20T23:17:56","modified_gmt":"2020-03-20T22:17:56","slug":"aurions-nous-du-manger-de-la-salete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecobrumi.fr\/?p=5010","title":{"rendered":"Aurions-nous d\u00fb manger de la salet\u00e9!?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n            <!-- image --><\/p>\n<div class=\"td-post-featured-image\">\n<figure><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Steven et Michele &#8211; restez en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>            <!-- content --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette semaine, le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre chef et ma\u00eetre cuisinier Steven Saunders, propri\u00e9taire du petit g\u00e9ranium de La Cala, partage quelques conseils sant\u00e9 et une superbe recette d&#39;agrumes pour renforcer notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PROBABLEMENT un peu trop tard maintenant, mais ma m\u00e8re avait l&#39;habitude de dire manger une cuiller\u00e9e de terre par jour pour aider \u00e0 \u00e9loigner les insectes, elle avait raison!<\/p>\n<p>Quand j&#39;\u00e9tais petite, je pensais qu&#39;elle essayait d&#39;\u00eatre dr\u00f4le, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, nous avons tous men\u00e9 un style de vie trop d\u00e9sinfect\u00e9 au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n<p>Cela a eu pour r\u00e9sultat que notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire n&#39;est pas aussi efficace ou aussi fort qu&#39;il devrait l&#39;\u00eatre et c&#39;est parfois comme \u00e7a que nous avons besoin de notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire pour aider \u00e0 combattre des maladies comme Covid-19, le coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, en ce moment, nous devons tous \u00eatre aussi conscients de l&#39;hygi\u00e8ne que possible en raison de l&#39;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, mais si nous avions eu un syst\u00e8me immunitaire plus fort, ce virus n&#39;aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 une telle menace pour nous.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons retrouver une vie plus naturelle pour nous une fois que cet horrible virus aura disparu.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude d&#39;un m\u00e9decin sur des enfants \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans une ferme a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu&#39;ils avaient des taux d&#39;allergies et de maladies significativement inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux qui n&#39;\u00e9taient pas \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans une ferme. Ils menaient tous deux une vie saine et tr\u00e8s naturelle, mais la seule diff\u00e9rence \u00e9tait l&#39;exposition au sol de la ferme.<\/p>\n<p>Il est toujours important de manger des aliments frais, sains et de saison, mais il n&#39;y a jamais eu de moment plus important que maintenant. Manger plus de vitamine C et en obtenir plus renforcera votre syst\u00e8me immunitaire et repoussera les virus.<\/p>\n<p>Vous obtenez de la vitamine C \u00e0 partir d&#39;agrumes, de citrons, d&#39;oranges, de pamplemousses, de baies, de poivrons rouges et verts, de tomates et m\u00eame de brocoli et de choux de Bruxelles. La vitamine D du soleil de notre c\u00f4te est essentielle car elle r\u00e9duit le risque de maladies respiratoires.<\/p>\n<p>Vous obtenez du zinc en mangeant du poisson et des crustac\u00e9s, \u00e9galement de notre littoral, ce qui contribue \u00e0 renforcer notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire et, apparemment, un sommeil de qualit\u00e9 est essentiel pour un syst\u00e8me immunitaire fort.<\/p>\n<p>On pr\u00e9tend que le temps chaud que nous avons ici signifie que le virus ne peut pas survivre. Nous ne savons pas cela avec certitude, mais nous savons que les virus n&#39;aiment pas le temps humide et donc si vous \u00eates ici sur la c\u00f4te espagnole au soleil, entour\u00e9 de poisson frais et d&#39;agrumes, vous ne pourriez pas \u00eatre dans un meilleur endroit !<\/p>\n<p>Mangez autant de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes que possible, en particulier les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles vertes et les agrumes. Mangez des yaourts probiotiques, qui aident votre syst\u00e8me immunitaire en ajoutant de bonnes bact\u00e9ries dans votre ventre, oh et buvez moins d&#39;alcool car il est prouv\u00e9 qu&#39;il alt\u00e8re le syst\u00e8me immunitaire du corps!<\/p>\n<p>Lavez-vous les mains aussi souvent que possible mais soigneusement. (largeur max: 302px) 100vw, 302px\"\/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-167548\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">SIMPLE: Mais sain et d\u00e9licieux.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour quatre)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ananas m\u00fbr<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre brun clair<\/li>\n<li>250g de framboises fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n<li>1 petit barquette de bleuets frais<\/li>\n<li>1 petit filet de m\u00fbres fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n<li>Quelques copeaux de noix de coco frais (facultatif)<\/li>\n<li>1 petit pot de yaourt naturel \u00e0 la noix de coco (Yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal Alpro \u00e0 la noix de coco)<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9thode pour coulis de framboise<\/li>\n<li>Environ 200g de framboises fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mettre les framboises dans une petite casserole avec le sucre glace et chauffer quelques minutes jusqu&#39;\u00e0 ce que les framboises tombent en morceaux et lib\u00e8rent leur jus.<\/p>\n<p>Transf\u00e9rer dans un bol et m\u00e9langer bri\u00e8vement avec un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 main jusqu&#39;\u00e0 ce que les framboises soient en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Passer au tamis fin pour retirer les graines et r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode pour l&#39;ananas <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pelez l&#39;ananas et coupez quatre belles tranches d&#39;environ 1 cm d&#39;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p>Retirez le c\u0153ur de chaque tranche.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Placer dans les tranches d&#39;ananas et saupoudrer sur la cassonade.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser l&#39;ananas caram\u00e9liser avec le sucre mais attention \u00e0 ne pas le br\u00fbler.<\/p>\n<p>Retournez les tranches d&#39;ananas et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez le processus.<\/p>\n<p>Caram\u00e9liser et une fois dor\u00e9 les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s retirer du feu sur une belle assiette ou un plat.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les baies restantes dans le coulis de framboise pour les glacer.<\/p>\n<p>Empiler bien haut sur les tranches d&#39;ananas et d\u00e9poser le yaourt \u00e0 la noix de coco dessus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Suivez Steven sur Instagram\u2026 .saunderschef<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The Little Geranium, Gagnant du Meilleur Restaurant International Contemporain Espagne 2020 (Prix de l&#39;Innovation et de l&#39;Excellence)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>www.thelittlegeranium.com &#8211;
